ABOUT  ME

Hello, I'm Niamh!

I qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2023, and offer both in-person sessions and online coaching. 

​

When I was in my late teens I started going to the gym to get stronger and fitter to prepare myself for the physical aspect of joining the Police. In the process, I fell in love with how training made me feel, and decided I wanted to help others experience the same satisfaction.

 

Whether you are looking to build muscle, and hit new PB's, or to lose weight and create a healthier lifestyle, I'd love to be the person to help you on your journey!

ONE OFF SESSIONS

COACHING

1-2-1 Online Coaching:

 £75 per month, with the first two months to be paid upfront.

IN-PERSON SESSIONS

These are 1-hour long, and take place at either DL Fitness in Penrith, Oh My Squat in Appleby, or Cocos in Newbiggin. 

 

These are small, friendly member's only gyms, however you don't have to be a member to have PT sessions. Sessions are tailored towards helping you achieve your goals, whether they are building strength or weight loss.  You will be provided with nutrition and lifestyle advice to support your goals.

ONLINE COACHING

This is the full package! Whether you want to level-up your training, or build a healthy lifestyle, online coaching provides you with the accountability and support to do so.

 

You will be provided with workout plans, as well as nutrition and lifestyle goals. In-app tracking keeps everything in one place, making it easy to see your progress and stay on track.

I have been attending Niamh's class on a Tuesday which is usually something very out of my comfort zone, however she's very welcoming and professional. I've gained a lot more confidence since joining and thoroughly enjoy attending.

The workouts differ each week and she adapts it based on your ability.
I would highly recommend!
